I worked on a few storyboards for Dtoons Productions in the past and this is one of my best ones, featuring a lot of cartoon action, blocking, and layout. Created in 2022.

This is a storyboard for a musical adaptation of “The Remarkable Journey of Prince Jen”, based on the novel by Lloyd Alexander. It was commissioned by a local theater in Chicago and serves as a pitch for what an animated movie of the story might be like, with inspiration from Studio Ghibli and 1990’s musicals. Created Summer of 2023.

For fun, I took the music from the latest Dreamworks opening logo animation, and replaced everything with original Dtoons Productions characters as a way to educate myself on Storyboard Pro! Made in 2023.
